ASTOC
Availability
ASTOC
is currently available as an integrated conversion solution, consisting
of tools, services and customizations.
- In order
to supply you with the best possible solution for your particular
conversion environment, every ASTOC delivery is preceded by a
technical evaluation. This evaluation serves to determine source
environment characteristics and settings for customizable operational
parameters.
Three
ASTOC conversion types are available from Ordina Denkart for customers
to choose from. All three are organized and executed in close co-operation
with the customer.
- A customer-organized
conversion is equipped with a pre-configured ASTOC toolset. Additional
configurations and extensions can be ordered as separate services.
- A guided
conversion consists of a pre-configured toolset, accompanied by
an Ordina Denkart expert that guides a customer team through set-up
and use of the toolset.
- An external
conversion starts with a global code and knowledge transfer, a
complete conversion at Ordina Denkart offices, frequent status
and progress updates and finally a delivery of converted code
for testing at the customers site. Assistance from customer experts
is required at the conversion site.
In addition
to these solutions, ASTOC is available as part of a reSource
re-engineering environment. See the reSource
information pages for more details.
